Hywel Davies works where economic development, community ambition and institutional partnerships meet. Across more than three decades, he has helped organisations understand their opportunities, make the case for investment and build practical routes to change.
His career spans local government planning, town-centre regeneration, social enterprise leadership and senior commercial development roles at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. He has connected universities with businesses and communities, helped shape campus transformation and supported the funding and delivery of complex partnerships.
Analytical and hands-on, Hywel brings together evidence, stakeholder insight and commercial realism. His particular strength is helping people move from a promising concept to a credible business case, a workable partnership or a sustainable plan.
